Investing in turnkey real estate properties can be very risky. You NEED to do your homework. I took a leap of faith back in 2016 and I am glad that I did, but it is not for everyone, and if you trust without verifying you can really get screwed.

In this video, I take you through my journey of investing in my first turnkey rental property in Kansas City. After my first purchase, I did go on to buy turnkey rental properties in Memphis and Birmingham Alabama.
